Italian-inspired cocktails in a restored heritage shophouse. Aperol Spritz, Negroni, Limoncello, and seasonal signature drinks — alongside a 100+ label Italian wine list and full kitchen until late.
The Bar Philosophy
Italian drinking culture does not separate the bar from the table. The cocktail precedes the meal, the wine accompanies it, and the amaro closes it. At Gotti, the bar is designed around this logic.
The aperitivo hour begins when the dining room opens. Cocktails are Italian in origin or Italian in spirit — Negroni, Spritz, Limoncello, Amaro. The 100+ label wine list was built to complement the kitchen, not exist separately from it. The bar team knows both.
The Bar Menu
Aperol · Prosecco · Soda
The Italian aperitivo standard. Bitter, sparkling, refreshing — the drink that precedes every Italian meal. Served over ice with an orange slice.
Gin · Campari · Rosso Vermouth
The Negroni as it should be — equal thirds, stirred, never shaken, served over a single large ice cube. The bittersweet aperitivo cocktail that became a global standard for good reason.
Limoncello · Prosecco · Mint
Gotti's house aperitivo variation. Limoncello from Southern Italy, lengthened with Prosecco and a sprig of fresh mint. Lighter and more aromatic than the Spritz it was born from.
St-Germain · Prosecco · Mint · Soda
Elderflower liqueur and Prosecco, lengthened with soda and brightened with mint. The northern Italian alternative to the Aperol Spritz — floral, elegant, lower in bitterness.
Seasonal Rotating Selection
Gotti's signature cocktail menu rotates with the season. Ask the bar for current offerings — they change to reflect what's at its best each quarter.
Montenegro · Averna · Fernet
Three Italian amari — served neat after dinner as the digestivo course. For those who want to end the meal the Italian way: bitter, herbal, and deliberately slow.
The Wine Bar
The Italian wine list at Gotti was assembled by a sommelier team with the food menu in mind. Every label earns its place — there are no generic choices, no filler bottles.
From Etna Bianco by the glass with seafood to Barolo with the Wagyu, from prosecco at the aperitivo hour to Vin Santo with Tiramisu — the list covers the full arc of an Italian evening.
