What Authentic Means at Gotti
Italian food has been interpreted, reimagined, and hybridised across Singapore. Gotti Italiano exists to do something different — to cook the food of Southern Italy as it has always been cooked: with generational technique, the right ingredients, and genuine respect for the tradition.
Executive Chef Marco Santoro trained in Rome, studied in Naples, and spent years working in Bologna before bringing that knowledge to Singapore. The pasta is made fresh every morning. The pizza dough ferments for 48 hours. The sauces are built from scratch.
