The restaurant occupies a restored Telok Ayer conservation shophouse — one of the most architecturally significant streets in Singapore's CBD. The heritage context gives the space a quality that purpose-built restaurants rarely achieve.

Gotti is one of the few CBD restaurants that operates with the same standard across all dayparts — $38++ set lunch on weekdays, full à la carte dinner, cocktail bar from 5PM, and specialty nights until 1AM on Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays.

The venue accommodates a CBD lunch for two as naturally as it hosts a 100-guest private event. Proposals, corporate dinners, team celebrations, anniversary evenings, and birthday dinners — the setting and team are calibrated for each.

Executive Chef Marco Santoro trained in the Southern Italian culinary tradition before bringing it to Singapore. At Gotti, he oversees a kitchen that produces fresh pasta every morning, ferments pizza dough for 48 hours, and sources ingredients from DOP-certified producers.
The menu covers the full arc of Southern Italian cooking: antipasti, handmade pasta, Neapolitan pizza, seafood mains, braised meats, and Italian desserts. It is not a fusion interpretation — it is the original.

78 Amoy Street is one of Singapore's best-preserved conservation shophouses — a century-old building with the architectural detail, proportions, and atmosphere that modern restaurant builds cannot replicate. Dramatic Italian artwork, low candlelight, and the weight of the space itself.
