100+ Labels · Barolo to Sicily · 78 Amoy Street
Singapore's most authoritative Italian wine list — 100+ labels spanning every great region, curated to pair with Executive Chef Marco Santoro's Southern Italian menu at Gotti Italiano, 78 Amoy Street.
The Wine Philosophy
Gotti's wine programme was built on a single rule — every bottle on the list must earn its place through quality, authenticity, and its ability to enhance the food. There are no filler labels, no safe-choice crowd-pleasers that happen to be Italian.
The list spans all of Italy's great wine regions — from Piedmont's noble Nebbiolo-based reds to Sicily's sun-drenched Nero d'Avola and volcanic Etna whites. Our team is happy to guide your selection.
