Why $38++
The $38++ set menu is served in the same space, by the same kitchen team, from the same Southern Italian culinary tradition as the full à la carte dinner. It is a 3-course fine dining experience, not a simplified lunch offering.
Lunch runs Monday to Saturday from 11:30AM to 2:30PM. The kitchen team arrives early to make fresh pasta, proof the pizza dough, and prepare the day's mise en place. The same standards apply regardless of which menu you order from.
The 78 Amoy Street shophouse is one of Singapore's best-preserved conservation spaces. Lunch in the dining room is a different experience from the CBD's typical quick-service lunch venues.
The full 100+ label Italian wine list is available at lunch. The sommelier team is present during the lunch service. A glass of Pinot Grigio with your pasta is the appropriate accompaniment.
Practical Details
Walk-ins are welcome during lunch service, but reservations are recommended — the dining room fills on weekdays. Same-day reservations are usually available before 11AM.
