Chef Alessandro — Southern Italian Tradition
Executive Chef Alessandro Giustetti trained in the Southern Italian culinary tradition before bringing it to Singapore. At Gotti, he oversees a kitchen that produces fresh pasta every morning, ferments pizza dough for 48 hours, and sources ingredients from DOP-certified producers.
The menu covers the full arc of Southern Italian cooking: antipasti, handmade pasta, Neapolitan pizza, seafood mains, braised meats, and Italian desserts. It is not a fusion interpretation — it is the original.
